hi there,
Ideally I would similar to to level slice of an old softwood t&g floor so I can next put t&g 3/8" flooring over. The floor sagged where on earth the old brick chimney be. Don't want to build it up to much just appropriate out the bulk of the slope. James H. mentioned a product called ardex 15. Not adapted with this product but it sounds approaching it may do the trick. Will it bind with the subfloor and still flex and/or not break up over time? I in recent times need to stratum part of the room. Any/all lend a hand appreciated.
thanks
Ben
Answers: Febfloor is a branded latex level compound that is moral or as good but cheaper try wickes.co.uk ( pg-51 lb8 ish, sorry outdated book !! )
Hope this helps
Put a sub-floor down, they engineer special product for that, but I forget what its called. Luann, or lewann or something.
