Leveling a mud opportunity? I am doing my bathroom over and I am doing a mud...

I am doing my bathroom over and I am doing a mud job on my shower floor. If I don't get the horizontal right, can I go over it with more
cement (sand and cement mix) to achieve the slope to the drain right?

If not, is there another solution?

otherwise try to level it using a screed...using a difficult point toward the edges...and if you do not get it level...use concrete resurfacer which is a elevated strenght cementitious material
