Lead pipe or brass? I live in prov R.I and near putting all copper river pipes...

I live in prov R.I and near putting all copper river pipes in the city but in recent times on city land if you want copper it will cost $$$$$$ so i looked at the basic coming thru my house it is brass and looks like organize wrapped around it Im hope its its a all brass pipe and not bit brass and all front ?
