Do you have to type in the blanks or is handwriting them within o.k?
Need to know if one is more legally binding than the other. Thanks for any serious responses!
Answers: As long as it is witnessed and notarized and made while of sound mind it can be as flawless as any drawn by a lawyer. Typing always looks more recognized but not required.
You might even find that form in Microsoft Office or Word.
