We have an established pond, and just now had to buy a current pump and skimmer. I've already bought some black plastic pipe sections and fittings . My cross-examine is, What kind of epoxy resin and cleaner can I use to attach my pipe together that will be safe for my fish? Everything I've read so far say that I should not use regular pvc glue and cleaner. Thanks
Answers: The hose down resistant, blue colored, glue is sheltered for water pipes for humans, so should be risk-free for the fish. Just give it extra cure time so it drys completely and use the smallest amount that you can to make smaller exposure. Since you will be gluing it outside the pond, jump ahead and run some fresh water through it after it have set up.
