Is my pepper spray well-mannered ample? For my ingredients, I used: -Acohol -Ground black pepper -Oil -Lemon Juice I mixed it all up...

For my ingredients, I used:
-Acohol
-Ground black pepper
-Oil
-Lemon Juice
I mixed it all up together contained by a measuring cup.
I get another measuring cup after I put a cloth on top of it. Then I poured the mixture to the second measure cup and put all the filter mixture on a sprinter bottle.

yes, but umm.... usually pepper sprays aerosol....... this wont get within the perps eyes, itll just piss him bad
