Answers: If your house is on a fairly lofty subfloor, then it may be possible to cheaply formulate a hidden trap door to allow you to put by under the house (same next to a basement). Otherwise, just the cost of calculation any kind of hideaway space specifically hidden will probably cost more than $20.
If a hideout is something you really focus you need, afterwards setting a $20 limit on it's construction cost is unrealistic.
