My suitemates are, in a word, loud. Generally they don't run to bed until 3 or 4 and no matter what we communicate them or who we complain to, they never shut up. Is there any instrument that I can somehow soundproof my dorm room? I am getting absolutely no sleep. Thanks.
P.S. - Don't voice egg cartons: I've done my research and I know they don't work.
This may nouns lame but talk to your RA nearly you suite mates.
Put carpeting in if you don't enjoy it already. You can just gain a remnant and lay it on the floor. But, a carpet really absorb sound instead of it reflecting stale of a hard floor.
Otherwise bring back ear plugs or over-the-ear noise cancel headphones.

I use them myself as I can't stand any sort of noise when I run to bed.
Your suitemates are quite.. rude to be so loud that belatedly. Have you spoken to the RA about this? (I assume they're masculine?)
