If i wanted to hardwire my xbox 360 to my internet, what would be the best channel to get the cable down to my vault from two floors up (they are on oposite sides of my house) without have a wire running through the house.
I own windows that walk to my basement from outside, but will the rope be destroyed if it is left outside?
Check around a chimney nearby usually is a space around it that usually goes adjectives the way down to the underground store or check the vent pipe for the drains and you would need a snake to push down eithier one
You would only requirement to snake the wire across the ceiling contained by the basement, and consequently you can snake it up between the walls by getting into the walls from the basement if you hold access.
Why not wireless.
Running it outside most likely wouldn't affect if for a while, consider Plenum level cable at least if you are planning to do this, it is a sturdy, shielded cable to be precise up to the firecode standards as well.
Answers: Could you use a wireless router? If not, running the cable may not be as sturdy as you think. Scope out your house greatly carefully. Is within an interior wall upstairs that is exactly above a foremost floor interior wall? Trace where your current electrical wires run down to your underground room and or any interior bathroom walls. You also can buy wire see. It's a track that you attach to the wall and after you run the wire it have a cover that you snap into position. It can be painted to match the wall color. Hope I'm some lend a hand. Gary
