WE ALREADY HAVE BOUGHT THE LOG HOME KIT, WITH JUST THE BASICS PRETTY MUCH JUST TO PUT TOGETHER. HOW MUCH MONEY ARE WE LOOKING AT TO FINISH THE HOME, LIKE SOMEONE PUTTING IT UP, WIRING, SEPTIC TANK, MAKING THE HOME TURN KEY. WE LIVE IN DUFFIELD, VIRGINIA. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ANYONE KNOW OF A BUILDER WITH A QUOTE WOULD BE GREAT!

Plumbing and Electric comprise approx. 35 to 40 % of total build/finish costs no business size.
Finish, in a strict sense is a personal choice, and difficult for us to answer near regard to flooring/windows/doors/ cabinetry/ appliances/fixtures/ etc.
Certainly I'd hope you take answers from Locals. Industry and labor standards do vary some by location.
You'll probably need adjectives the info you can get from the local code enforcement agency, and Zoning regs. Then you may spend some considerable dollars on permit and inspections.
Finally, and without disorderly on; I suspect you might equate this to a "from scratch built house", and be bullish if you can get to Turn Key for smaller number than $100 per sq. ft.
I am curious too; whether or not the company you bought the KIT from, might have offered/OR Not, construction costs?
