The website that Just Wonderin suggested is a pious one. What we did was find some old chicken chain and made about a 4foot diameter round barrier about 4 foot high. I simply go out once every couple of weeks and turn it over next to a shovel. It works great! We are constantly producing some excellent compost to go contained by our vegetable garden.
