Answers:    The minimum pipe size for a toilet drain is 3". You would have to progress back to the plumbing stack win the size required to make the fixture work properly. The 2" could possibly be used as a vent if required.
Then what is the best approach to find...
Can you procure to the main vent stack of the house slickly? If so, you can probably use that as the drain.
