I got the stubborn TORX set screw out from the inside of the chuck. I be told to lock a allen wrench, the one with a short 90 sour it and then hit near a hammer.

While I can't assume an allen wrench being of much use; you might try JUST the Hammer.....UNLESS your model have a THREAD ON CHUCK.
