just out of curiosity, to see what be underneath the paint/wallpaper.
-I live in a mobile home
-I'm fine art my walls soon
What I found underneath the paint/wallpaper, was this cardboard-like wall?
I don't know if this is typical, and I don't know if I should remove the rest of the paint/wallpaper and just prime and paint the wall..
What is this cardboard-stuff for a wall, and what should I do?
Answers: allot of mobile homes use a masonite board (your cardboard-like stuff) and no I would not get any more of it like you enjoy done. a spackling may help cover what you checked, and in recent times prime and paint over all.
Try a coating of united compound. The particle board is not suitable for sculpture.
