Answers:    my dad is an architect. you are looking for a spiral staircase. Look that up on google, and here will be some acme plans to relieve you out. try using metal or wood for the stair case. You will inevitability a base, and be capable of stack your steps so they curve in a steady course. how big does it have to be. email me and relate me how it goes.
