I replaced the wax ring lower than the toilet. It seem to work for awhile, but presently the smell is fund. ????????? ...
Answers: the wax seal should end for many years if replace and if you didnt consequently it would leak you purely might have another problem

Why did you requirement to replace the wax ring? Was the toilet rocking? Was it due to just a smell? Is it coming from your P trap underneath the sink? Also have a plumber check or you check for a blockage within the air vent string.
