I have the motor and the pump housing taken apart and I necessitate to know how to remove the turbo (spinning part) of the pump from the motor shaft without hurtful it. I dont know if I should pry it off or unscrew it or what. It seem as though its pressed on. I am very power-driven but do I need to consent to a technician do this instead of attempting it myself? Is there a diagram of this component online somewhere that I can study? I've checked the HydraBath web site and they dont own the drawing for this model online.
Answers:    nearly all pump impellors screw sour in a ccw direction looking at the impellor...some of these can be terribly hard to draw from off...you will call for a vise to put the motor rotor in as this will allow you to remove the impellor short holding the rotor with your hand...very once in a while will it be that the pump is frozen...most times it will be the motor bearing nearest the pump that go bad, usually due to a leak seal between the impellor and the pump portion that either bolted to the motor or the motor thru bolts screwed into the pump paragraph to hold it on...
I sell these and it would be best to nickname a tech, but if you had it for while afterwards it might be out of warranty. In that case you can phone up the company and they might direct you to the right schematics to fix this problem
