There is a metal lip under the lid and i tried to peel it pay for but it still wont come out. I looked at a thing on the internet and it didnt help. Does anyone enjoy knowledge with this?

Get all the pressure out (hold the trigger) and remove the plastic panama. Then, use a hack saw to remove the lip you speak of; they're available at Home Depot. (They're cheap, and very useful, even after you're done next to this project.)

never cut pipe near a plasma cutter, and i think sense axe is flammable and is pretty much a little pipe shaped piece of metal, to NOT cut it near a plasma cutter.
have you tried grinding it down?
