I own a Frigidaire FWT647W. It spins but doesn't come across to achieve up plenty speed for a final spin.? I have checked the nouns to make sure it is perched....

I have checked the nouns to make sure it is perched. I have made sure that the drain pipe doesn't own a kink. Other thoughts?
