can i just connect a regular electrical rope on there ?
Answers: Generally a microwave have a grounded, three prong plug. I assume you are trying to connect a new plug to the severed cord. If this is the luggage the green or bare cable goes to the center, round prong that usually have a green screw as well. The black cable goes to the smaller blade prong that usually have a gold screw and the white cable goes to the larger blade prong that have a silver screw. Again good luck. If you are trying to attach a cord that come from another appliance, be careful that you use a cord that have as big or bigger wires than the origional cord had. Also be really sure that you get adjectives the wires connected to their same colors. Don't use any kind of cassette except electrical tape, and it might be a accurate idea to use a crimped solderless connector to manufacture sure you have a dutiful connection. Then cartridge all the connections separately, and next tape them adjectives together. Sorry to hear you lost your plug so soon, may I guess that you let the cord trail and it get caught in a door?
My husband have put new head on cords in times gone by. Find someone who is handy and they will be able replace it for you.
