I want to grasp jar beside tops on them for some sand and shells i get at the sand.?

Go to a place similar to Cost Plus World Market, Pier One, Hobby Lobby, JoAnn ETC, Michaels. They tend to have cheap jar with corks surrounded by them to fill beside stuff. Or you can also use Mason canning jar with screw on lid. They come in pint and quart.
