Well I got a plunger... eh don't work... very well it isn't working. My two year old put some stuff surrounded by there and flushed it... and it stopped it up... What can I do in a minute? The stupid plunger isn't working....
If you own a wet dry vacuum suck out the wet and hopefully u will suck out the object.
Or if you can pick up a toilet auger from the hardware store its give or take a few three foot handle next to a 3 foor snake attached
They variety a "snake" for cleaning clogged drains. It will work on the toilet also. You can pick them up at a local lowes or home depot type store, or you can rent them from a hardware rental store.
If the water is verbs in the toilet, you can try to achieve in the hole and see if you can perceive anything. If so, try to pull it out. If not you will want to use the snake to try and clean the blockage...

Answers: if you know what he put in post it. this could probably be resolved beside a closet auger....a 5 ft snake for toilets that cost about 30 bucks....worst bag, you have to pocket up the toilet.. UPDATE: lipstick case, oh boy, powerfully, those things could be trapped/jammed in the toilets trap..your best bet would be to transport up the toilet..undo the wet supply and there should be any two or on older ones four bolts. remove the cap, if any and remove the nuts. lift the toilet straight up....it will not ooze. place it in the hip bath, you could put some newspapers down to protect the tub. if you are not competent to see anything . they may be jammed in the trap and the solitary way to remove them is someone near a small hand arrive at in and try and dislodge them. if incompetent to do so. your only remedy is to replace the toilet.
