Answers:    Have everyone wear white or bright colors so it will stand out within the black light. Buy alot of the black light poster to put up so in that are neat desgins on the walls, put a bunch of those glow surrounded by the dark stars on ceilling so it will give the effect of self out side, get glow sticks, bead, light up cups. Bright color bowls, anything white or florecent in color is going to stand out surrounded by a black light, so go near a theme like explain to everyone they have to wear white so that way everyone will stand out lower than a black light, of course own great music and if you can find glow in the dim paint or something you can even desin the floor for paths or whatever!!
