Yup, this is going to be a strange question but i necessitate some creative and non-lethal ideas.
I enjoy a humidifier with a clear 3-gallon wet tank. I enjoy a cat who is obsessed near attacking the tank because of the bubbles that float up from the bottom and seeing her own weighing up in it. I'd resembling to do something along the lines of spray painting the outside of the reservoir or somehow coating the outside of the tank beside something that would hide or darken the hose down inside so my cat cannot see it so well... hopefully that make sense. I have the humidifer already on a stand but let face it, cats can get up onto anything. So i'm hoping someone will have a great impression. Also, whatever i put on the chalice it needs to not know how to be pulled off any.. thanks
I would consider getting a polyester type of fabric from your local sewing store. You will need to ask them to cut this on the bias. What bias scheme is you will have them cut within on an angle off the roll (you may hold to buy additional material). This will allow the substance to be shaped and form to the tank you are looking to cover.
Prepare the reservoir by pre washing the exterior near rubbing alcohol and a final wipe with lint free cloth. Take reservoir into a well ventilate area and cover beside spray adhesive. Cover cistern with cloth and you should be set! (my first opinion was to lose the cat LOL )

stickers,
or contact paper.

I'd articulate spray paint,
but if it's an acrylic tank the chemicals from the paint may well up through the plastic and make your dampen smell like paint.

acrylic paints would work
Answers:    Buy contact quality newspaper. You can buy it in any color. Measure, coating, and apply with a small wet cloth or sponge to help remove nouns pockets, It can easily be removed, won't prepare off or shred off glibly and the cat can't peel it stale either. You can also go and get contact paper resembling frosted cup which might help cover the river bubbles but still allow you to see how much water is gone in the cistern. Hope this has help.
