What I am trying to do is find a custom built cage. My ferret have this big 4 story round up but the things that they lay on.. arn't very big. and instad of buying something for approaching 400.00 that i might not like. I wanna produce them something with my own hand.. Kinna like a project for me and my husband can do. I suppose it would be fun.
I just cannot give the impression of being to find anything.. like a how to and a picture of what I will be making... any Ideas?

Answers:    I have 4 ferret and I came accross this site when I be researching them - I know it's a rat site but it translates real very well to ferrets. Go to the round up section it's really suitable.

Something similar to a sugar glider coop, or meerkat habitat would really be swell...those are really well done, and if your husband loves making things, this would be swell !!!
