How to get rid of bees from infesting beneath sunroom. tried to cover holes but still stick with.?

You might try bay leaves. Most insects revulsion them and will not nest where they are. Just break a few up in pieces of three or four (don't crush them) and spread them within the holes. It might work.

Sounds like you enjoy wood bees. They can be worrisome and a nuisance. They don't sting to my knowledge. I tried several things. Yours nouns mad because you stopped up their holes to their homes. I watched and when some go in the holes I sprayed them with wasp contract killer and then sprayed all the other holes I could find. No more bees for me and they be in a horse barn and aggravating the animals to death beside their constant buzzing. Try putting seven dust in the holes. Leave them uncovered for a day or two, later plug the holes. Here are a couple of links to check out:

Answers:    Are they yellow jackets? If so, skulk until dark when they have adjectives gone into the hole and pour some bee poison down the hole. I use gasoline but it's getting too expensive for these kinds of things!
