Answers:    You will hold to change the orifices out.The orifice have different size holes in them, that's what controls the right amount of gas to come out. There allay to replace. You will fine them at the end of the gas lines. Where the flame comes out. They basically screw into the gas lines. Be safe & well-mannered luck.
On most stoves, the stove burners orifices are adjustable.
On some stoves, you turn the spring upside down in the regulator.
Right very soon, I don't remenber what we did to the oven.

Edit: Yes, you can reach support with a clear end wrench and adjust the orifice vent for the oven also.

The regulator is what you'll need to receive info about. Any Maytag buyer should have it.
