Answers: I yearning I could draw a picture here but I'll do my best here. Be certain that you enjoy no in-floor heat ect. until that time you start. I am assuming you have a wood floor underneath the carpet. You can fastener through the carpet lacking damaging it, so staple a block of wood to the floor (2"x10"x10" approx.) using 16 penny sinkers or 3" screws (but mind, screws can entrap the carpet fibers and hole a run across the room). Then secure a block to the ceiling directly above that into a ceiling joist or rafter beside long heavy screw. Cut the appropriate length pole to fit between these two blocks. Drill a hole in the center of two more blocks that will fit the pole ends inside firmly(1-1/2" pole = 1-1/2" holes. Now append the pole end blocks next to screws to the first blocks that you installed. Be sure you own everything fastened to solid wood, not just sheetrock or doesn`t matter what. This will be removable and safe, although you will own to fix small holes in the ceiling the floor should be ok.
P.S. Can I get hold of a video of your workout?
i really dont know my mom wants one 4 exercise too, but i enjoy no idea how to do it.
