Answers:    the frame is unforced: use 1 x 2 inch pine, screwed and glued at adjectives joints I'd use cross pieces at top, bottom and one within the middle, so the side pieces would be 200cm long, and each cross contestant would be 100cm, MINUS the thickness of the side pieces, square plumb cuts are required for tight joint.

feet are also straight forward cut 2 pieces 45cm or so, and screw and gum on the bottom at each side straight down to the frame. (double check my dimension as I only foot and inches)
