It depends.. by doing all the work yourself, are you including electrical work? Also, are you paneling or drywalling? What nice of lighting are you going to do? Drop ceiling, drywalled, or unfinished? What are you putting for flooring? Obviously, if you're doing the work yourself, you're positive yourself lots of money, but please be careful when working next to wiring and give up the dangerous stuff to professionals.
