There is no such point as Minus the Labor. Even a DIY expends energy, and their time is worth something.
As I've noted surrounded by at least 2 other similar answers; Electric composes between 17 % and 20 % of the cost of building. Obviously the STAT is contained by percentages because the dollar amount vary with the size of the house; and the miscellaneous services included.

when you say rope a house you not giving us much description about what kinda chain,if it's cable wire you can bring back it from your cable company free,and run it yourself it's not hard run it from your box outside underneath the house and drill holes contained by the corner of each floor where on earth you want the cable if electric wire around 2500-3000 depending on you stir through
