I am building a 1/2 bath on the first floor of my home. The vertical stand pipe is around 14' away ... how much drop is needed for the sewer pipe from the toilet for it to work properly?
Answers: Jami, the norm is 1/4" for 4' and there's enough river to flow the debris beside the water, use ABS/DWV so you hold no gaps and the flow is continuous to the septic or city prime.
use street 'Ls' for all bends so nearby are no stoppages or slowdowns
