I mean, I know that it usually comes from the split quantity of the leather and is less expensive but also smaller quantity durable, and blah blah blah blah....I mean, how do they distribute it the texture it has?
Answers:    Suede is the reverse of any piece of leather whether it is from the split or the top pellet. Top grain sued (hunter suede) is deeply durable and more expensive than split suede which has smaller amount integrity and is usually cheaper. The texture is how the leather is it is not created but is just the roughage construction.

Nubuck is the top grain that have had the surface sand to create a nap which feel very soft and shades when you run your appendage over it.
Instead of being polished similar to normal leather, it is brushed to pass the suede feel and is in general the off cuts from the salt away.
