Are the wires they are working with live? If not, is it because they enjoy flipped the light switch past its sell-by date? Or, do they have to move about down in the underground room and turn of the circut on the fuse box?
Answers: general rule is that you turn power bad via breaker. some people may in recent times trust that the light switch will due, but....depending on how its wired it may hold a constant feed. connotation the electricity is in the ceiling follower box even though the switch is switched to off position.
