How do you turn on the burner on an oven? Our kitten somehow got trailing the stove and we think that somehow...

Our kitten somehow got trailing the stove and we think that somehow he turned sour the burner to the oven. So now when we try to turn on the oven, it doesn't turn on....
Any Jobs for 12-13 year olds?
Answers:    A gas oven have a small 110 volt plug that a cat could pull out.
An electric oven have such a large plug I don't infer the cat could pull it out. They are impressively hard to verbs out!
Is the oven Gas? Is the light on the control? Tell, us the facts.

"Raymag" is right. If it is gas and the lights are on the controls similar to the clock etc. Then the pilot is out. Light it and you back cooking. Don't surmise the cat was within the oven though. The pilot is in the oven. New ovens don't own pilots too. They have a shine plug that has to use electricity to run.

try going to a hardware store and ask them what to do if to be exact the case. i've never really run into this problem but i bet other nation have have similar problems or so so i recommend asking somebody who would know what to do.
