Answers:    Mount the door using the two hinge to get it contained by place. Fold the third hinge to the jam and trace it out. Then chisel it to where on earth the hinge plate and jam are flush. Once it's flush, use a pencil to imperfection the holes, drill, and screw the new one on. Good Luck.
