How do you MAKE a balloon?
Answers: I don't make them freshly buy them and then BLOW 'em up..I guess they are made surrounded by a rubber factory on an assembly line of some variety..
You'll need some gooey latex and a form. Repeatedly dip the form into the latex to build up thickness. Allow to dry. Roll down the lip of the balloon and remove it from the form. Wash the ballon within hot water to cure the latex. Fill beside water and throw it at your little sister.
