I live in Philly. I want to find a road to make my tool chest roll again. The chest is honourably new that's why I want to design a pushcart or something to go below it. I don't know how to weld so I'll have to embezzle it somewhere. Any idea of a design and how much it would cost next to materials and labor?
Answers:    I would go to a Home store..approaching Menard's..they sell short length of metal & aluminum angle stock.
I like the aluminum, because it is strong, flimsy, & easy to drill or saw. Make a rectangular frame, big adequate for your tool chest to sit in..While at the store, you can find casters within most every size..Find some that bolt on with 4 small bolts respectively..drill the holes needed in the corners of the frame (use alike bolts to hold the casters, and frame together. & you are all set..I would suggest using 2' aluminum stock. I have to do this one time..Mrs..drove into the garage too far...
Buy whells, put them on.
