i have heard something like using tea or coffee, but i'm not sure how to do it right
Every ones answers above me are great ideas and I thought I don`t know you could crumble up the paper a little up to that time you dye it to get that veiny old world look. And burning the edges really give it that look or tear the edges. not really a dye more a stain.
mix up some tea bag next to hot water, and leave the tabloid in a flat tray for about , 30 secs.
tolerate it dry .
then use coffee. do the same piece
when it drys , burn the edges with a lighter...
it will look cool
Boil coffee or tea, the darker, the better. Use a tray considerable enough to hold the paper within. Fill the pan about 1/2 to 1inch. Let the broadsheet sit there and soak. Once it gets to the color you desire, purloin it out and blow dry it. If you really want a worn out, old look. Try burning the edges with a lighter. Just hold the lighter close adequate to the paper, where the flame tip almost not touches it. And if you burn holes in the middle of the paper near the lighter, it will really look old. Just hold the paper flat, and hold the lighter underneath it. It will first create dark brown spots then a hole will appear. I did this for tons projects in high arts school. Good Luck!! Tea bag is pretty easy to use. merely soak it with water, afterwards, starting with the edges of the paper, mop and rub the tea on the paper. you can go over persuaded spots a few times to make it darker. The best point is, it doesn't have to look perfect! Just enjoy fun with it.
tea will work i have done it an hgtv hold shows that show you how

Place it in a nice, bright sunny location (indoors). The fund deck of your car is even better if you park outside. Wait one month or more--instant antiqueing. yes that will work and also you can burn the edges too
Answers:    Yes you put coffee in a pan and give cream acording to how light you want it- but dont make the mistake I did and form it as light as I want the paper to be- craft it darker than what you want the color of paper to be. Also use a lighter burn the edges and don't trademark the entire page the same color, make it lighter and dark in some spots and dont over use the mathes.
