Answers:    You could transport it to a dry cleaner and ask them how much they'd charge to cut and hem the opening. Back within the days of "Flashdance" I used to cut the neck opening of my sweatshirts and leave the rim raw - they don't unravel - but I don't muse that's what you want. A dry cleaner should be able to it it inexpensively - articulate maybe $10.

The solitary way is to cut a slit from the top of the turtle neck down an inch or two (a straight line down) - you can put it within the back where on earth your hair will cover it. OR you can simply cut the entire neck binding sour (the rolled edge) all the bearing around, but that might be a little too "casual" looking. Hope that help
