Answers:    Are you wanting to brick up the existing structure? Either way, it's not that difficult. You'll have to verbs around the base of the building and pour a level footer for the brick. Once explicitly set up, you'll start by laying a bed of mortar, setting your first row of brick, making sure the row is level. Continue up the wall, and add on metal brick ties that are attached to the wall and bent out at a 90 degree angle so they can be set between rows. They help hold the brick up so it won't tumble away from the wall. It's not all that hard, but it take quite a bit of work and skill to make it look right.

You could of late opt for some of the cement based plank siding over the wood.
