Put Bubble Wrap on the back of the Dart Board, this will absorb the resonance. Buy some Celotex.
do you live within a paper bag? piousness.do you have m-80's attached to your darts? put some insulation surrounded by a self built box, make the ox the size of the dart board, and very shrunken, hang the box on the wall, then attach the dart board to the box, youll be adjectives set. tell the neighbours to join within if they dont like it, if they still give you grief, give an account them to move.. also tell them you hear them fart when there sleeping, & you dont complain roughly speaking that, that will shut them up
