I am in my first total remodel. I have need of to know how to measure drywall so I can instruct it. Does the same work for concrete board within the bathroom?
Concrete board comes in 3x5 sheet dry wall comes contained by 4x8 and 4x10 sheets. figure out the square footage large x width = sq ft. do this for respectively wall . make sure when installing the dry wall that you hang up it correctly. if you are going to do the cement board for your bath room remember the substance is a lot heaver than regular infirm dry wall.

dry wall comes in 4 ft x 8 ft sheets 3/8 -1/2 inch concentration, or 5/8 or 3/4 inch thick, normaly 1/2 inch is used, mesure the lenght, of a wall and the hight, if a wall is 10 ft long and 8 ft soaring, it will take 3 sheets of 4'x8' dry wall to cover it,
same for concret board, ,or sponsor board,
it also comes in 10 ft and 12 ft lenghts, but is harder to work beside ,
