Answers:    Yup. Pour 3/4 cup of white vinegar into it. Let stand overnight. Voila!

Put some bleach around the rim, permit it settle in next have a apt dig at the limescale next to the toilet brush until it starts to come off, later flush it away, don't mix it with any other chemicals though.
