Answers: I had one years ago, and I vowed to never do it again when I put it on the curb. They are nice in a sense they contribute a large amount of seating, but they are a tolerate to move not only in your house, but also to different locations.

There is also the factor of space. They pocket up a lot of space and lets frontage it, if you ever want to re-arrange furniture in your living space, there are not frequent options with a sectional.
I do not imagine they are any more difficult to move than a conventional couch but more pieces. The corner sections are a bit cumbersome but not too bad. I have one years ago and moved it a few times without too much trouble. The sleeper section be the most difficult (as is a sleeper couch) because of the weight.
I am getting a new sectional couch deliver on Thursday.
