Answers: Cut the bolts of with a reciprocate saw or a hack saw with a metal blade.
You'll probably hold to drill it out, if any other method fails. Just use a drill to punch out the screw that are holding it to the toilet.
Before you do that, however, try a bit of Liquid Wrench (or similar) and let it sit overnight. Maybe it can loosen the corrosion around the screw.
