im having a party and for table centerpeices im going to use 24" eiffel tower vase. the floral arrangements are little heavy. i don't want the vases to tumble though. ive heard of people putting things surrounded by them so they don't fall. so if i put decorative rocks inside, will it weigh them down to get it harder for them to fall?
