Answers: Fold two pieces of your card stock back and forth surrounded by accordion fashion contained by even increments such as 1/4" spacing, then apply epoxy resin to the ridges and glue it to one piece of your card stock. Now turn over and repeat the process.
When dry, you own made your own corrugated cardboard. The little triangles give it strength.
