How can I make a solar oven from a cardboard box more or less 26cm by 10cm into a solar oven? I want to be able to do it near basic materials such as duct cassette, Foil, Baking Pans, Clear plastic, etc. Also, I want to do it without any magnifiers or hazardous materials.

Answers:    The solar oven plans I enjoy are made with iron and chalice. There is a cardboard solar reflector plan, with aluminum foil. They are both moderately complicated, and come from the book: Roughing it Easy, by Dian Thomas. You might check with the boy scouts or girl scouts for easier oven plans. I'd google it if I looked-for to do this, which I might this spring with my troop. Good luck!
