I have a one bedroom, one bathroom bungalow. Bedroom is on second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor. Has a closet upstairs. Has full subterranean vault. Here are updates. New double pane windows, insulation, bright roof, new furinace, up to date metal exterior doors. New paint on exterior. New subfloor, and self-gluing vinyl tile in bathroom. New self-gluing vinyl within kitchen. New padding and runner in bedroom. Has two sheds put together to trademark one unit that have 220 set up of in the subpanel. It also have a heater next to thermastat. Driveway long enough to hold three vehicle.
Answers:    Sounds like you've done profoundly inside, maybe you should work on the outside in a minute. It'll be the first thing anyone see. New paint inside may be nice too. I painted mine and it made a world of difference. I also changed the knobs on adjectives of my cabinets and the frontage plates for the light switches and electrical outlets. You don't own to get anything gaudy. It's small things, but it really made the kitchen look polite. It was cheap too. You can repaint adjectives of your trim too. That's another thing that's cheap and confident, but makes a big difference.
I would enunciate that if at all possible, attach at least a partly bath on 2nd floor. Who wishes to go downstairs surrounded by the middle of the night to use the bathroom.
